RF2350 multiband mobile transceiver with increased resistance against radio-electronic warfare is intended for installation in all tracked and wheeled vehicles and bases.
Operating multiple transceivers at a single site increases demands on their resistance to mutual interference. With an integrated co-site filter, the signal transmitted in the band of 30 MHz to 90 MHz contains lower noise level, while in the opposite direction, the filter prevents overloading the receiver with signals from the neighboring transceiver.
Compatible operating conditions:
The transceiver must be capable of deployment in extreme operating conditions. Uptime and reliability in harsh climatic and mechanical conditions is tested according to international standard MIL-STD-810. The device is subjected to a series of tests that examine its behavior under extreme temperatures and its resistance to vibration and shock, key features for a mobile transceiver.
The transceiver boasts of advanced design and small footprint (202 mm x 210 mm x 186 mm) which allow for quick and easy installation even in limited space. To withstand harsh operating conditions the RF2350 is attached to the shockmount which helps to absorb some of the vibration and shock energy. For installation and removal of the transceiver just tight or loose two bolts by hand. No other special tools are required.
